Deep Tissue Massage: I have many years of experience and much success in offering specific, deep tissue massage for clients suffering from chronic pain and injury, and I am happy to continue this aspect of my practice along with my passion for Stone Medicine. Chair Massage: I offer chair massage for events, gatherings and parties in the Twin Cities Metro and southern Minnesota. Offering massage at your retreat, wedding or corporate gathering can be a great way to create lasting positive impressions and memories. Please contact me to discuss the details of your event!
- Southern Minnesota (Rice county, Faribault, Owatonna, New Prague and the Surrounding areas): $55 + tax / hour (plus a $15 setup fee if the total time is less than two hours)
- Twin Cities Metro: $70 + tax / hour (plus a $15 setup fee if the total time is less than two hours)
Reflexology: This treatment is based on the principle that there are zones in your hands and feet that correspond to all areas of your body. By applying focused pressure to these reflexes with my hands and with stones, reflexology can help to balance all of the body’s systems and help your body to function the way that it was designed to.
Warm and cool stones are used on the feet in addition to pressure from my hands to deeply affect reflex points. Warm stones are placed on and around the body to bring relaxation. Stones may also be placed under you for you to lie on during the treatment, making this a truly full body treatment for enhanced health and wellness.
